Job Overview:
XCAD Hospitality & Care Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Supervisor / Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead staff, manage operations, and uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and compliance. This role is critical in supporting the company’s mission of delivering excellence in both hospitality and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day hotel and hospitality operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards across all departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal hospitality, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support cost-control initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement policies, procedures, and service improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house operations.
- Support marketing, promotions, and events to enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Supervisor, Hospitality Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, and industry best practices.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bilingual (English/French) communication skills are an asset.
Education & Certification:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in hotel or hospitality management is an asset.
