Job Overview:

XCAD Hospitality & Care Company is seeking an organized and compassionate Intake Support professional to assist new clients and families through the onboarding process. This role ensures that client information is collected accurately, initial assessments are coordinated, and care services are set up efficiently to meet each client’s unique needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client-centered service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients and families seeking care services.
  • Collect and process client information, documentation, and consent forms.
  • Assist with scheduling initial assessments and intake appointments.
  • Explain available care services, policies, and procedures to clients and families.
  • Coordinate with care coordinators, nurses, and other team members to ensure a smooth transition into services.
  • Maintain accurate intake records and update databases with client information.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the care team during the intake process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or certificate in healthcare administration, social services, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in healthcare intake, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and client-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic record systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education & Certification:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (asset).
